I think you're looking in the wrong section of the forums.
This is the 'Play with PC Gamer' section, where guilds and community groups from lots of different games, all based aound the PCG magazine and website can discuss playing together and having fun.

Although Skyrim is a fantastic game, its multiplayer capabilites are not yet enough to have a dedicated PCG guild or clan.

You might be better off looking in the 'Games' part of the foums, where there are many Skyrim threads, although admitedly not in one convenient folder.

You might also find a bit more fodder for your WoW-is-dead post there than in the WoW guild section.

Hope this was helpful, and I look forward to reading more of your posts in future

Yup, literally as Akee says - the "Play with PC Gamer" section of the forums are specifically for specific guilds, groups and teams and as the description says:

For arranging community games and guilds. Includes details for joining our servers, chat and groups.
General talk about specific games is done in the general games section (link), if we had individual folders to talk about specific games the forum would become too large and unmanageable very quickly. This is what people were getting at in your comments in the WoW guild forum too.
