I personally disagree Uru. Seeing a full application process allows others applying to know exactly what it entails, and also allows others to pick up on any handy tips that are mentioned. In some cases it also allows other players of that class to bring something to the discussion.
Futhermore the more open and transparent a system is the harder it is for favouritism or flat out corruption of the system, as everyone can see it happening. I know that's not going to be the case with us, but it's better to be safe than suddenly find that Chewwie has approved all his cronies and we have 25 hunters in a raid.
