Ah, at first I thought they were all Warcraft dances stolen. The Sniper does the Napoleon dance in almost the same timing as the Male Blood Elves do it in World of Warcraft. The Male Night Elves do a little bit of Michael Jackson, which I saw the Spy doing too, but only one or two of the same moves. Interesting, though.

Ha! I lol'ed through all of them, though the Napoleon dance had already been used by the Necromancer class in Guild Wars, it's nice to see other dance moves being used by the other TF2 characters.

Love the spy dance, it looks more like Billie Jean to me tho...

Hey guys, cool to see my animations up here and I'm really glad you enjoyed them. There's more to come!

P.S. If you read this Tim, I wouldn't mind you crediting me (James Benson) rather than the steam forums as a whole!

Peace

That brought tears to my eyes!

Those animators are seriously talented with an excellent grasp on linking dace movements to characters. Bravo!

Sadly I don't know how they would easily work in game. How would lateral movement work? Have you noticed that all the taunts leave your character static. You can't shimmy to the left when there's a wall there. I can just see people using dancing to glitch through walls. They could set it so that if there's no room you appear to slide in place, but I can just see people using it to find glitches.

Also, how would the Heavy Medic dance get triggered?

@MadPhysicist,

I know, mind you TF2 can teach you a lot about life. I reckon things should be run the Mann Co. way, if you feel ill and go to the doctors, they put on a boxing glove and punch you in the face till you man up and feel better. If you want to complain about working conditions, you go to the boss, they put on a boxing glove and punch you in the face till you man up and feel better about it. If you get a broken nose, you go to the hospital... oh you get the idea.
